RAILNOISE integrated noise and safety barriers
Acoustic barriers are undoubtedly the most effective system for solving the problem of noise pollution in road and motorway environments.
At TECNOACUSTICA we have perfected a range of products that combine aesthetics, durability and value for money.
In addition to the construction of the barrier, we are able to provide all other services ranging from the preliminary design of the acoustic remediation interventions, to testing of the work carried out.
RAILNOISE integrated noise and safety barriers
The integrated noise and safety barriers allow, with a single product, to meet two different requirements, ensuring a functional and versatile result.
To be considered safe, an integrated noise and safety barrier must be subjected to CRASH TESTS and, only once the test has been passed, is the EC marking issued.
At TECNOACUSTICA we produce the RAILNOISE model in the A – AR and A RIB versions with protection class H4a with heights ranging from 2.2 metres to 5.4 metres. For this type of product, we use sound-insulating and sound-absorbing metal panels in galvanized and painted steel sheets, painted aluminium sheets or corten steel sheets, in combination with transparent sound insulation panels in polymethylmethacrylate.
- The RAILNOISE A model has a seamless vertical structure with all possible combinations of panels and heights from 2.2 metres up to 5.0 metres.
- The RAILNOISE AR model has a seamless vertical structure, with all possible combinations of panels and heights starting from 2.6 metres up to 5.4 metres, with an anti-diffractive device added to the top for noise reduction, available in the ELLIPTICAL, OCTAGONAL or SUPER models.
- The RAILNOISE A RIB model has a vertical structure with a hinge placed at a height of 3.0 metres, to allow the upper portion to be folded when in -bridge platforms are used for the maintenance of supports and deck structures, with all possible combinations of panels and height starting from 3.5 metres up to 5.0 metres.
The main features that distinguish the product are:
- Operating width W4 up to heights of 3.0 metres
- Encumbrance of only 454 mm
- Insertion of transparent portions from 1.0 metre upwards
