Sound booths
In the field of industrial soundproofing we work mainly on two different fronts:
- Containment of the level of exposure of operators to noise produced by production machinery in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008;
- Containment of noise emissions towards the outside in compliance with the Prime Minister’s Decree of 14/11/1997 and subsequent amendments.
We design, manufacture and install our noise reduction systems to ensure compliance with legal objectives and precise noise reduction guarantees.
Thanks to the esteem and trust of our clients, we have had the opportunity to fully satisfy their requests by carrying out different types of soundproofing interventions, offering our advice and our “turnkey” service.
SOUND BOOTHS
The SOUND BOOTHS made with our modular TECNOSYSTEM or TECSON technology surround particularly noisy machinery and, depending on the noise reduction level required, can be open or completely closed.
In closed ones it is necessary to pay particular attention to the internal energy balance and therefore to the heat that must be dissipated through ventilation; this requires the provision of extraction and/or air flow electric fans, hence the need to create air inlet and outlet openings through absorbent dissipative baffle silencers.
These must be adequately designed to ensure continuity and homogeneity of the noise reduction required by the silent wall.
In the sound booths there are always acoustic doors and safety exits equipped with a panic bar and any additional accessories required. In addition, noise-reduction double doors are necessary to allow access to the machinery and guarantee routine and repair maintenance operations.
